This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs the use of the Threat Landscape services provided by Ecliptica Labs AB, a company incorporated under the laws of Sweden, corporate registration number 5591448443, with its principal place of business at Box 6351, 102 35 Stockholm, Sweden ("Ecliptica Labs", "we", "us", or "our"), including Threat Landscape Platform, Threat Landscape Copilot, and Threat Landscape API (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you ("Customer" or "you") agree to comply with this Policy. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services without refund.
1. Permitted Use
1.1 The Services and their content, including all threat intelligence, reports, and data ("Materials"), may be used solely for the internal business purposes of the Customer's legal entity with an active subscription.
1.2 The Services may not be used for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
2. Prohibited Activities
Customers and users shall not:
(a) share, resell, sublicense, or otherwise provide access to the Services or Materials to third parties outside the Customer's legal entity;
(b) use the Services or Materials to develop, train, or enhance competing products or services;
(c) copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Materials, except as expressly permitted;
(d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems;
(e) interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or security of the Services;
(f) use the Services in any manner that infringes or violates the rights of any third party, including intellectual property or data protection rights;
(g) use the Services in violation of applicable laws or regulations, including export control or sanctions laws.
3. Security Obligations
3.1 Customers must maintain the confidentiality of their authentication credentials and prevent unauthorized access to their accounts.
3.2 Customers must promptly notify Ecliptica Labs of any unauthorized use of their accounts or any other security incident.
4. Enforcement
4.1 Ecliptica Labs reserves the right to monitor usage of the Services to ensure compliance with this Policy.
4.2 In the event of a violation of this Policy, Ecliptica Labs may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate Customer access to the Services, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available under law.
5. No Responsibility for Use of Materials
Ecliptica Labs does not warrant that any Materials are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. Customers remain solely responsible for how they use the Materials and for any consequences arising therefrom.
6. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising in connection herewith shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Stockholm, Sweden.
